Dr. Hodges graduated from the University Michigan School of Dentistry in 1986. For the next two years Dr. Hodges practiced general dentistry in Arizona with the US Public Health Service. After returning to the University of Michigan Dr. Hodges earned a Master's degree in endodontics. Since 1991 Dr. Hodges has remained a partner with this endodontic practice.

Dr. Smith received a dental degree from the University of Michigan in 1992. Following a three-year term of service with the US Public Health Service in rural Alaska, Dr. Smith returned to the University of Michigan and earned a Master's degree in endodontics. Upon graduation Dr. Smith became a partner and has practiced endodontics with this office since 1997. ​

Dr. Robert hails from Grand Rapids, MI and earned his dentistry degree from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1990. Over the next 13 years Dr. Robert served in the US Army Dental Corps during which time he completed an advanced general practice residency program and earned his endodontic certificate through the Fort Gordon - Medical College of Georgia program in 2000. Dr. Robert returned to Grand Rapids in 2003 to partner and practice endodontics with this office.​

Dr. Drerup is a native of Jenison, MI who earned his DDS at the Indiana University School of Dentistry 2002. After completing a general practice residency in dentistry at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, Dr. Drerup became an endodontic resident at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Since earning his certificate in endodontics in 2005, Dr. Drerup has been a partner with this office.​

Dr. Guinn graduated from Jenison High School in 2004. He has earned degrees in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University and a Master of Science from Barry University. He earned his dental degree from the University of Michigan in 2015.

Soon after finishing his endodontic residency at Boston University in 2017, Dr. Guinn joined West Michigan Endodontists. In 2023 Dr. Guinn achieved Diplomate status for the American Board of Endodontics.

Dr. Tyler Guinn hails from Jenison and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Grand Valley State University in 2014. After graduating from the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry in 2018 Dr. Guinn then earned a Master of Science in Dentistry as an endodontic resident at Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dentistry. In 2021 Dr. Guinn returned home to join West Michigan Endodontists.
